  1. I think this is one of those topics that takes the wisdom of God to discuss. We can never have gender equality and it will even work against. There's a way men and women have been graced differently. I don't expect Kabi to ask Milly to carry a heavy luggage under his watch. He will automatically do it. We should certainly help each other out but we can never be equal. My take! Times change but God's Word remain unchanged

  2. My brother used to say that he will never go to kitchen or help out that hiyo job ni ya madem my mom used to talk too much especially wen we eat my brother will dumb the plate or cup I used to feel bad wen my mom talks n I told my bro if u can't change wen I cook you will not eat thanks to my dad he stood up n forced him to change n he told him in my house kila mtu anafanya kazi ukorofi utafanyia kwako๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ this days ako Sawa he does cook kuosha viombo he's so responsible

  3. I love you guys so much but I disagree with gender equality, we don't find that in the bible. But l'm for helping each other. Man will always be the head of the family according to the bible. Look for another word apart from gender equality. It does not mean that because my husband helps around the house, which he does, that I'm equal to him. According to the bible he'll always be the head of the house hold. Blessings

  4. I feel like you've talked about women empowerment not gender equality.. it's all about how the man cn help the woman not how the woman can help and complement the man

  5. This video is really informative. Thank you guys. Kwanza being a Christian couple, you've shed a really positive light on what a Christ-like marriage would look like in our generation.

  6. when i gave birth my hubby took care of me and everything in the house for 3good months bila mimi kufanya kitu only eat and sleep and breastfeed. so after a year nikamshw anisandie kupika mmm wah aliniambia nizae tena kama nataka treat ya kupikiwa tena but mimi ni nani i had to fake sick dio nipikiwe. He is my hero in many ways though

  11. Hi guys l love this l just think that you should do what you are strong in , l remember TD jakes said that when he married his wife she didn't know how to cook and he was the cook, example your wife could be better at money management than you are, and that joke about Rwanda was in bad taste learn the history first the people that were killed were the Tustis in Rwanda, but the majority of many men and women Tutsis lived as refugees in different African, Europe, Asia, so we had many men but the difference with Rwanda is we have a President anointed to lead give credit where credit is due, take your platform seriously please don't make jokes about Genocide l choose to forgive you, by the way l was a refugee and l grew up in Kenya l didn't go through Genocide but many of our relatives did. Please do your research next time because you are influencing many people. Blessings

Also to your children when giving pocket money it should be equal yes but according to their needs. A girl will need more money than a boy child because of pads and hair, etc

  23. Thanks to Bill and Melinda Gates for sponsoring this video. Check out the 2020 letter here:ย http://www.inflcr.co/SH1jdย ย ย ย #GatesPartner

  24. This is absolutely amazing, gender equality is really a challenge to our society, but honestly having a partner who can help you around house chores is a blessing, and sometimes they do even better us women ( my experience that is) you got peace of mind at work when you know the whole house baggage is shared.

  25. Mine has started cleaning up after us eating we have been together almost 4years and for the last few weeks am so surprised when I asked him why he is doing that he told me "it's something I should have done looooong time you do so much for us, I love you" ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

  26. Im here to call out my love aloud because this has been our all time fight,๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคธso bebe! We sitting down on this episode like a class & take notes! Ill give feedback of our progress after๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™(btw im damn serious)

  27. A man should be responsible for his family,,my dad washed us,took us to bed and b4 he would sleep he always made sure we have slept well and cover us,,he even cooked for us,,,my dad my everything๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’ž

  28. I feel Roles are there for Order. Itโ€™s not only traditional, but bibilical and night I even add naturally innate in us. Im naturally inclined to know where to buy food and clean the house and my husband just instinctively knows he needs to provide. Then from that basis, we can help each other perform our roles coz Serving each other is a privilege! Jesus said servanthood is what will make us great in our lives. Itโ€™s a good course and I feel We are equal in value yes but equality in roles will never happen in this side of eternity.

  29. Wow the Wajesus family ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜. I love you guy's. You are a young couple and yet you both speak with so much wisdom. I felt blessed especially with the topic at hand. Thank you for sharing and God bless. Am thankful for this platform, keep soaring high… Baraka men!!!

  30. So I avoided watching this video since yesterday cus I just couldn't deal with the gender injustice occasioned on women by the belief in partriachy which is so celebrated in Kenya.
What a breathe of fresh air listening to you young enlightened kids! You guys have cracked the relationship code. You make my heart warmโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฟ

  31. Twatwatwa handu hothe. Take advantage Tondu twana twaingiha yU can't Twatwatwa in the kitchen or corridor or on the sofa. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  32. Hello guys๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜i love this topic Kabi and Milly๐Ÿ˜ i cant complain coz am dating and my parter always helps me even in cooking i love him๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜

  33. Belinda and Billy gates….that's a danger zone…it's not a suprise that they have targeted you two who are in the lime light to reach out to the other Afrikans….I don't deny the fact that this is a good initiative but these pple are not friends of Afrika…believe you me or not…I know what eats most of us Afrikans is ignorance,,,ask someone what is going on around the globe, we have no idea…Anyone who knows what's happening around the globe will tell you that these two pple who they are and their agenda in Afrika! They are the same pple who went to India and vaccinated kids and caused the death of a good number of them….the family planning methods have caused a good number of Kenyan women barren…it is one of the Billy gates agenda to depopulate Afrikans and it is working….ask anyone who.knows well about baby vaccines…they will tell you the truth that babies may not even need those vaccines…without them they will be just fine! My pple perish because of lack of knowledge! Let's wake up and open our eyes!

  34. Be very careful. Bill and Melinda Gates may be pushing a very different agenda than the one you think when it comes to gender definition and roles. Girl your place is NOT in the kitchen. Kabi I'm glad you've made a deliberate step to change.

  35. It's funny how most women agree with this topic but when it comes to contributing of money, they claim that the man is the provider๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. This idea of "My money is mine alone and your money is our money" should stop.

  36. I even don't like going for holidays coz I automatically become the house help. my brother says he can't go to the kitchen when I'm around. So exhausting ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

  37. Can I ask? So what happens if forexample the lady is a stay at home, but say foexample she leaves home say for a day or 2.. comes back to house being a mess.. is the woman supposed to just be okay with it and just suck it up and do the work?

  38. My Dad is my Gender Equality Hero he always gets back from work and cook for us even though we are his daughters (my sister and I)

  39. Kabi ebu sema "Eeh manzee" in English….. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ The number of times u say it itabidi tumetafuta subtitle ya those words…. Love you guys…

  40. I'm Rwandan, Kabi we didn't achieve gender equality ati bcz men were murdered during the genocide … we achieved that bcz we as women hv been empowered for quite some time now and yes we almost there lol
